Ok, I know I'm late and wrong on this...

...but, I LOVE THE OFFICE.
So, I used to be too much of an anglophile...too pretentious (a staunch bitch, if you will)...too "ooh, how could they possibly bastardize such a witty Britcom into US prime-time gruel"...too "ooh, The Office? Only the UK version"...puke.

I finally came to grips with the fact that I AM AN AMERICAN (not some American cowboy, rough-neck descendant of Elizabeth I). And The US Office is hilarious. Now, this doesn't mean I'm going to stop podcasting the BBC Newshour or pretend like Are You Being Served? and The IT Crowd aren't better than 80% of US TV; but I am very impressed with US The Office (and I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact it was created by Ricky Gervais...)

Some things will never change.
